Please review the Mid South Audio cancellation policy.

We at Mid South Audio understand that each event has its unique circumstances. These guidelines should be followed to cancel for any reason, including weather.

  • All events must be secured by a nonrefundable 50 percent deposit
  • Cancellations the day of the event or load-in for the event, regardless of reason and with no exceptions, the client must pay 100 percent of the amount due.
  • For cancellations once gear and crew are enroute to the location, client must pay 100 percent of amount due.
  • For cancellations 48 hours before scheduled load-in time, the client will pay 50 percent of the total amount due.
  • No cancellation fee will be applied if event is rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date, not to exceed three months from the original date.

**Please note that special-order items (fabrics, set pieces, drapes, custom staging, cross-rented items, etc.) are nonrefundable with no exceptions. **
