Please review the Mid South Audio cancellation policy.

We at Mid South Audio understand that each event has its own set of unique circumstances. However the following guidelines should be adhered to as it pertains to cancellations for any reason, including weather.

  • All events must be secured by a 50% deposit
  • Cancellations on the day of the event or load in for the event, regardless of reason and with no exceptions, the client must pay 100% of the amount due
  • For cancellations once gear and crew are in route to the location, client must pay 100% of amount due
  • For cancellations 48 hrs in advance of scheduled load in time the client will pay 50% of the total amount due
  • No cancellation fee will be applied if event is rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date, not to exceed three months from when event was originally intended.

**Please note that any special order items (such as: fabrics, set pieces, drapes, custom staging, cross rented items, etc.) are non-refundable with no exceptions. *
